Description

This webinar will focus on current best practices for using platelet rich plasma to help minimize patient's pain and dysfunction from knee osteoarthritis. We will review recent high-level, clinical evidence and discuss current best
practices for implementing this biologic drug in an algorithm for treating symptomatic knee osteoarthritis.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this webinar clinician should have a better understanding of when platelet rich plasma is indicated in the treatment of knee arthritis. Clinicians should have a better understanding of the expected outcomes when using PRP to treating patients with various stages of knee osteoarthritis. Clinician should have a better understanding of how to use ultrasound guidance to do these injections safely and with pinpoint accuracy for various intra-articular structures.
